Frida Carlsson

Visited Frida in her fabulous studio earlier this week. The place itself with all the beautiful trees and plants instantly makes you relax. The simple rustic authentic interior in keeping with the natural feel to this wonderful places makes you wonder why we go to shiny plasticy places, this place feeds the soul. Frida has a gentle, comforting energy. However while being so gentle in nature, wow has she got a strong firm professional touch that you want in a deep tissue massage. She knew instinctively where to work and left me feeling lighter & brighter. Highly recommend you visit as I will be again & again when I do.

Ich hatte starke Schmerzen im Nacken- und Schulterberwich. Durch die Massagen von Fida Carlsson war ich nach 3 Therapiesitzungen vollkommen schmerzfrei und konnte auch wieder einen schweren Rucksack tragen. Natürlich waren die Massagen nicht schmerzfrei, jedoch sehr effektiv. Ich bin > 60 Jahre, aber hatte bisher noch nie eine gute Massage! Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Wenn wir wieder auf Lanzarote sind, kommen wir gerne wieder auf eine Therapie oder auch Wellness-Massage vorbei.

Certainement le meilleur massage sport de ma vie qui a su me détendre des blocages plus ou moins récents présents dans mon dos. Frida possède une technique experte certainement due à sa grande expérience. J'en ai aussi profité pour une pédicure. Un travail impeccable et un résultat resplendissant ! Mes pieds sont comme neufs, et la sensation de fraicheur et de bien être était parfaitement en phase avec le massage. Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour traiter mes soucis de dos car le résultat est là et durable. Le lieu est très agréable aussi. Vraiment allez y les yeux fermés !

One of the best massages I’ve had! Frida was lovely and she has a gorgeous place set up that made for a super relaxing massage. I left feeling much better and have noticed the difference over the last few days. I would highly recommend while on holiday, was a lovely birthday treat for me ☺️ thank you heaps!

I had the deep tissue massage. It was extremely good, the best massage I have ever got. For people that like somehow, enjoyable painful massage( I do!) it’s a perfect place to go! Frida is fantastic! Thank you! I definitely recommend her! I would come back for sure on my next vacation!

Omg seriously this has the be one of the best massages I've had and I should know I'm a therapist myself. Frida is amazing she is so knowledgeable and talented in her work. A hidden gem in old town. But the best in the area.

My daughter and I had an hour back, shoulder, neck with heat massage. Frida is very welcoming, her place is so inviting. The massage was deep, felt all the knots , really professional.
