Realign Yoga Retreats

What a gorgeous retreat ! Beth and Sam are amazing teachers, we did wonderful yoga, meditation and workshops. All suited different abilities. Our group was lovely and I’ve made friends for life The setting is like a slice of heaven, and the food was sooo good, delicious and fresh. Through out the week we time for ourselves, reading, walking & swimming. It was such a special week and I’m so grateful I went for it, despite not knowing anyone going. It fuelled my love for yoga and I now practice more than ever

This was my first retreat, and so I didn't really know what to expect. From day one, everyone attending just got on so well. Beth and Sam were also very friendly, and any worries I had swiftly evaporated. The days were very well structured with vinyasa, yin, and nidra yoga with a workshop each day. Sam and Beth worked so well together, and everyone always ended up chatting after any sessions. The scenery was gorgeous, and the meals were very well planned, with most of the food grown at the retreat. We even did karaoke one evening. It was a magical experience, and I made some wonderful new friends ❤️

I had a wonderful experience on my most recent yoga retreat! I can’t wait for another. The staff was amazing, especially Sam who was just a ray of sunshine, so knowledgeable and accommodating! Highly recommended for anyone looking to push themselves and get out into nature while learning more about yoga and themselves!

This was such a wonderful retreat. I’ve now been to three yoga retreats. And this was lovely in size and design. Schedule was planned but had some down time. The food was lovely and all veggie. Sam is such a patient teacher. It was hard to leave but looking forward to coming back!!

Beth and sam really made the retreat and created some fantastic energy. The yoga was fab and particularly enjoyed the yin sessions and the meditations ... will defo be back for more.... thank you guys and namaste

What a fantastic experience,met some lovely people both instructors were amazing so knowledgeable especially as I was a beginner I got lots of help,the food was great especially as most of it was grown on the premise so lovely & fresh.I'd recommend anybody both male/ female of all ages to sign up for one of their retreats.
