A friend recommended this place and I was here yesterday quite spontaneously (appointment made the day before). Methe was a great therapist! She was very thoughtful, caring and had some valuable input for me. I thought it was great that I even got tips on how to deal with my knee problem. I felt much better and really energetic after the treatment!

Beyond words. Methe‘s sensitive Communication with all the layers and stored emotions of the body via her hands is a deeply touching and healing experience. Certainly nothing you have felt before. I visit Methe everytime I come to Andalusia at least once. And so should you 🙂 Enjoy!

Oh, what a great experience. I went into the session with a stiff neck, tight shoulders, and endless amounts of stress. After the destress reflexology massage, I feel as if a weight has been lifted. It wasn't like anything I have had before. I usually just go for a standard massage, but this was so much more and I could feel the energy and stress shifting. Mette was absolutely wonderful, caring, professional and gifted. I look forward to returning.
